Thomas is 9 months!

Our little Buddy, you are 9 months old! (We would say that you've been out as long as you were in, but you came a month early, so you're really ahead of the game!) We can't believe how time has flown by!

At your 9 month appointment you were 17 lbs. and 26 in long. You are only in the 5th% for height . . . sorry about that Bud, hopefully you'll get your height later in life? You have the cutest, fattest, little hands and feet. We LOVE them!
You LOVE food. You will eat anything and everything - including play-dough (that's a recent try and you kept grimacing at how salty it was) - that we put in your mouth. From baby food to real food it doesn't matter you will eat it all and you LOVE it and get so excited every time you see food. Your little feet and hands start moving like crazy (you like to move them in little circles) You may not be as good of a sleeper as your sister was, but you have got her beat on eating! It's very refreshing. Thanks for making our lives a little bit easier in that regard!

You are still stationary - no crawling yet, but you sure want to. When we put you on your tummy you will spin in circles trying to find anything to play with or to make sure you can see Mom. You'll move back and forth to follow where she is walking. Life is always better when you can see where Mom is! You continue to be Mom's little cuddle bug too. You also still don't have any teeth, which is good since you've decided to start biting everything - including Mom - (maybe that's a sign that they are coming soon?) We love your gummy smile though!
Trying to find and climb to Mom!
Thomas, you are pretty content these days. You just go with the flow with all of our comings and goings. You do well with 20 or 30 minute power naps in the car and never get too grumpy at us. You are just easy to be around and so pleasant (except in the middle of the night - but that's another story). We love how easy it is to make you smile and giggle. We love how you've started to interact with everyone a little bit more. You will try to take things that Abby has or play with all of our faces. You want to know what everything is around you and will grab at anything and everything! The most excited I've ever seen you get was when you rode with Abby in the Home Depot Truck cart. It was the most adorable thing. You had the biggest smile on your face and were loving every minute of it!

Playing around with Dad! You love your Daddy!

Trying to pull Abby's Hair
Now that it's getting warmer outside we have been venturing out. You love to swing and go down the slide with Abby. Before we know it you and Abby will be running around playing together! You like to sit in the sun and pull (and eat) the grass. You've gone on a few jeep rides with Abby in the back yard - we're not sure how you feel about that yet.

We went on a road trip to Cedar City to See Aunt Marcie's last game that she Cheered at. It was fun to spend time with Aunt Marcie and Uncle Mike and Grandma Mini and Grandpa. You were such a good sport.

Two sleeping babies in the back seat on the way to Cedar City

The leprechaun came to see you and Abby on St. Patrick's day. He left us quite a mess but he also left some fun treats for you and your sister.

We Love you so much Thomas! Thanks for being such a sweet little boy! We fall more and more in love you with you every day!
