You are 3 years old!! You are 30 lbs and in. tall. You are handsome and sweet and feisty and all kinds of FUN and trouble! We LOVE you!
Russell, you are talking SO much, you just have exploded with words. You are talking in full complete sentences. You say your th's already and it's so cute to hear you say THree! You still mix up some words or have a hard time saying others but we love it and it helps you stay little in our eyes. Our favorite is that we can't always tell if you are saying 'popsicle' or 'paw-patrol' because they both sound the same. :) When you want to say no to something or that you don't want to do something you will say 'anymore'. For example when we say "Russell, it's time for bed." You will say "bed anymore!" You're latest is adding on a 'Boo-boo's' on to everything: "thank you Boo Boo's" "Bye Boo-Boo's". And our VERY favorite is when you started saying "Mommy-Gale!" You hear us say Abby a lot but you also hear Abigail so much you assumed gale is what you add on to the end of someone's name. It is the CUTEST! You've also started calling Peter 'Petey'. You are the only one that calls him that, it's your little thing. We think you are adorable!! Oh and last but not least, just to show how your little mind works with words. You have started calling honey bees peanut butter bees. Which only makes sense because we eat a lot of peanut butter and 'honey' sandwiches :)
You have reached the age of loving the TV. You love to watch Mickey Mouse club house, Race cars aka Cars, Spiderman or super heroes, Wild Krats - with Tommy, and dinosaur shows. You recently watched Moana for the first time and LOVED it!
But, you love to be outside as well! You love to jump on the tramp, ride your bike, do anything and everything the big kids do, play with cars - that can keep you busy for a long time. Recently you've started playing with superhero figurines. You do have a soft side and still 'take care' of Ebo your baby doll. You like to play dolls with Abby and house too. Lots of times when Abby is at school Mom catches you in Abby's room playing with her American girl doll.
You LOVE candy and if you could you would eat it ALL the time! Anything sugary really is a favorite. The first thing you say when you wake up is "I want cereal" and you ask for dessert every night before you go to bed.
You watch the big kids and learn too. You have gotten really good at doing nice things for others and are working on sharing. Every time you do something like that you make sure mom knows and say something like "I shared with Petey, I get a pom-pom" for your good deed jar.
Russell, you are such a sweet boy. You are still a great snuggler, you are love to do things with Mom and Dad just to be with them and you love to read books - either with mom and dad or by yourself. We often find piles of books by your bed after you've fallen asleep and we go in to tuck you in. You are a thick solid little man with the sweetest smile and the greatest laugh. You tend to be on the grumpy side some of the time, but we still adore you! We are so happy your are in our family!
