Thomas Colton is 7!

Thomas,

It's hard to believe you are now a 7 year old! You are   in. tall and weigh     lbs. This past year you started and finished the 1st grade and you rocked it!! Your teacher was Mrs. Anderson and you loved her! You started out a shy little timid thing and ended the year as a "little talker" according to Mrs. Anderson. She even had to move you seat once because you were talking so much. We are happy that you are confidant and comfortable and that you make friends so easily!

Thomas you are FULL of life. You are silly and fun and have the best smile and laugh. You love to make people laugh by making jokes or funny noises or doing funny dance moves. You never seem to be able to look at the camera and often make funny faces or poses in the picture. We love you silly personality!

Thomas, you love to be outside and are often digging in the dirt or sand or using your metal detector to find treasure. You did track with Abby and you both qualified for the region track meet. It was fun to watch you compete. You loved going to the practices but you did not love competing in the actual track meet. "It's a LONG way to run" you would say. This coming school year you want to try rock climbing lessons. You love to swim and take swimming lessons too! You love to be with friends and are often outside in the backyard running around with the twins or playing night games with the neighbors!

Your favorite snack, meal, anytime thing to eat is cereal! You would have it for every meal if we let you! You love popsicles and ice cream and Oreos. You do not like anything gummy and you do not like frosting. Even chocolate chips are not your favorite. But when it comes to eating dinner you are my best eater right now. You will try almost anything and you usually eat all your food plus seconds. You are getting quite the appetite!

You are stubborn and obstinent and want to do things your way and when you want to do them. But, you are also such a great helper and so thoughtful. You are so kind to your brothers and help Peter and Russell when they need it. You and Peter have grown pretty close over the summer. Peter loves to wear matching jammies with you!

Thomas, you are such a fun little guy and we love you so much! Happy Birthday!
