Peto-Peto,
You are 3 months old! You have the BEST smile and we see it so often now. You had the faintest little hint of a laugh the other day and we can't wait to hear more and more of that. You are such a sweet boy and are so happy. You light up everyone's day.
This past month you have gotten SO used to sleeping in our arms that you now prefer it over sleeping in your bed. While we love holding you, we can't do it for 2 hours straight while you nap. It's been tricky figuring out how to keep you asleep once we put you down. You can be dead asleep and then as soon as you hit your bed your eyes are open. If you can't sleep in our arms you prefer the rock n' play that vibrates. You just need to feel movement when you sleep.
You are still adored by everyone in the house. Russell loves to give you kisses ALL the time. We often find bits of food in your hair and we know that Russell has been lovin' on you. You are such a good sport. Tom and Russ love to try to wrestle with you and often end up fighting over who gets to hold you. But we know where your heart truly lies, it's with our sweet Abby. She takes such good care of you and you love her SO much!
You love your Mommy and gave her such a great gift when you slept through the night 2 nights in a row before she went back to work. We were a little worried about how things would go with you not having Mommy for 12 hours . . . It was Daddy's first time alone with all 4 kids. He was a rock star and you were pretty good for him . . . as long as you were held. You did great drinking from a bottle but still prefer your Mama!
You are pretty good at tummy time but you do not like it. You laying under your mobil and kicking the piano toy with your feet. We got you a cool pillow so your head doesn't get flat! You love when people talk to you and get the biggest smiles. Especially when you hear Mom's voice!
You turned 3 months while we were on your first vacation - to Moab. You got to go swimming for the first time and go on lots of hikes. We had fun at a dinosaur museum too. You were a champ in the car on the drive there and back home. Your favorite part of the trip was that you got to be held in the carrier most of the time!
You also had your Baby Blessing. Daddy gave you such a sweet blessing that you would come to know your Savior along with many other great things. He was truly inspired. We had a great celebration afterwards with all our wonderful family who came to support us and you!
